BY JOHN GRILL
CRA PRESIDENT
First of all, I would like to thank all of you for the opportunity to serve as the president of the California Rental Association. I am grateful for the past presidents and directors, whose work and vision have made the CRA a strong organization.
I was first introduced to the rental industry in 1977 as a yard person and am now a partner in a rental company in Northern California.
The CRA was formed in 1946 as the California Trailer and Rental Yard Association by a group of individuals who recognized how much can be accomplished by working together and sharing ideas.
Fast forward 60 plus years... CRA’s benefits to its members now include:
- Discount Buying Programs
- Industry Related Legal Advice
- Trade Shows, Seminars and Territory Meetings
- Business Form Services
- Networking Opportunities
- Insurance Services
What an exciting time for the CRA, as well as the rental industry as a whole—full of opportunities, changes and challenges. Has there ever been a better time to be a CRA member?
Take full advantage of what the show has to offer—it will help you and your stores remain competitive and successful in the many years to come! And, please take the time to thank the vendors and sponsors for supporting our trade show.
Thank you again for your support and participation in our show!
