14. Additional survey comments:
1. We have a package rate for tractor and trailer with certain tractors. We don't rent trailers for larger tractors. Confusing? Yes. Large tractors have mandatory delivery charges.
2. I'm a U-Haul dealer.
3. Trailers are very easy to rent with all the new pickups being equipped to plug in and go.
4. We should charge for hook up. I would like to know what other companies charge.
5. We get a copy of their insurance policy if going over 75 miles from our store. We also have them sign an extra spot on the contract saying they know they are going over 75 miles from our store and if anything happens, they have to get the trailer back to us.
