Orbit Rentals in California participated in Skyjack’s WE RISE campaign and chose the City of Hope to receive its $1,000 USD donation. City of Hope is a charity that has helped Orbit's team personally, and Orbit Rentals owner, Mitch Gutierrez, was very pleased with the results of the campaign.

COVID-19 claims represented only about 2% of all workers’ comp claims paid out by one insurance company by the end of the year. Most employers around the country (93%) who participated in a March 2020 survey by the law firm Litler Mendelsohn Ltd., said that they are concerned about ensuring that workplace conditions and policies comply with applicable safety and health regulations. “The vast majority are taking practical steps to keep their employees safe, including communicating on hygiene practices and prevention measures (98%) and deep cleaning workplaces (62%),” according to the report. Even as the Trump administration was just starting to recommend stricter social distancing measures and states were beginning to institute stay-at-home orders, respondents were already restricting travel (83%), canceling meetings (78%), imposing quarantines for potentially affected employees (62%) and encouraging remote work (59%) — and many others were at least considering taking these actions.

French lifting equipment specialist Acces Industrie is expanding its rental fleet with 327 Snorkel™ mobile elevating work platforms. The order, which was received in two parts in early 2021, consists of 245 electric slab scissor lifts, a mix of Snorkel S3215E, S3219E, S3226E and S4732E models, plus 70 Snorkel S3010P push-around mini scissor lifts, and 12 Snorkel A38E electric articulated boom lifts. The lifts, which are mostly being delivered in Acces Industrie’s distinctive blue paint scheme are being deployed in their rental fleet across their network of more than 37 branches.
