The 2018 RV Dealers Convention Expo will feature a special "Super Lawyers Panel” with RV industry legal experts who can help dealerships avoid costly lawsuits. The panel, comprised of experienced attorneys who represent RV dealers and manufacturers, will provide attendees their best ideas for preventing and defending lawsuits against a dealership on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is scheduled for Nov. 5 - 9 at Paris Las Vegas. The presenters are Harold D. Oehler, Lazydays; Kerry Griggs, The Cavanagh Law Firm; Brian Takahashi, Bowman and Brooke, LLP and Chris Lowman, The Lowman Law Firm. The panel facilitator will be RVDA’s Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs Brett Richardson. The convention is sponsored by RVDA–The National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
