Share your experience now through the Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey. The collective experience will be quantified and shared with the brand manufacturers. The findings will form the basis of discussions at the Partners in Progress meetings during the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The manufacturers are keen to view the results of the dealer feedback as it provides much insight into their current business practices, product design, quality control, dealer satisfaction levels and business relations.
We strongly urge you to rate all the brands that you represent. We also encourage you to include any other comments you may have.
The deadline for completing the survey is September 7, 2021. All responses are tabulated by an independent research company, and only aggregate numbers are released.
