“Our industry is continuously improving thanks to the commitment of partners like NTP-STAG” said Convention/Expo Chair Chris Andro, Hemlock Hill RV of Southington, CT president. “Through its Silver Partnership, NTP-STAG is helping to provide dealers and their staff an attainable and high-quality education. We are gracious for their support of the Convention/Expo.” The 2018 RVDA Convention/Expo Committee has been working diligently to provide a variety of workshops, new speakers, and networking events that will assist dealers in building on an expanding market and interest in RVs and RV travel. “The feedback we got last year for our Retail Technology and Innovation booth was outstanding and challenged us to think about what we could do differently this year to get RVDA members thinking more broadly about how their retail and service operations impact sales and customer connectivity," said Bill Rogers who leads the NTP-STAG organization. “With the industry’s interest in repair cycle times and keeping customers on the road, we thought we would create a Service Center Showcase in the exhibit hall. We plan on sharing some ideas about service parts inventory management, back room organizational strategies, technology solutions to improve parts ordering and diagnostics, and we will have on display a working model of a mobile service vehicle that can extend a dealer’s market area coverage and customer care beyond the service bays at their location.” The convention will also feature the Solution Center, an expo of the RV industry’s top companies offering products and services to help dealers enhance profitability.
