A World of Training President Michael Rees and Spader Business Management President John Spader are teaming up for a special convention session called "M Cubed - Measuring, Moving & Managing" on Thursday, Nov. 8, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. This co-presented workshop will cover important information on how to improve your business. First, Spader will show attendees how to access the necessary numbers for three critical performance indicators that have a direct impact on growing businesses. Then, Rees will explain how to install processes that will move these numbers forward and grow your dealership. Rees is a results-oriented leader with a longtime career in RV and automobile sales, management, training, and overall dealership operations. He has helped hundreds of dealers nationwide to become more successful. The author of articles for industry publications such as RV Executive Today and RVBusiness, he is also a regular workshop speaker at RVDA's annual convention and various state conventions. His on-point topics and lively presentation style make him one of the convention's most popular speakers.
Spader is one of the primary instructors of his company's "Total Management Workshop" and also presents other workshops and seminars on business management. He has authored many industry articles and has been invited to speak for groups including Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, North American Equipment Dealers Association, and Outdoor Power Equipment Institute. In addition to top-rated repeat presenters, the convention committee each year seeks out first-time speakers to keep content relevant and fresh for dealers. Among this year's newcomers are Gabrielle Bosché of Millennial Solutions and Marcus Sheridan of Marcus Sheridan International. Bosché will present workshops on managing millennial employees and marketing to the millennial generation.
