The 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will take attendees into the courtroom again during a special “Super Lawyers Session” with RV industry legal experts who will train dealers how to avoid costly consumer lawsuits.
This year’s mock trial is titled, “The Dealership Strikes Back.” The Mock Trial will teach RV dealers how to prevent lawsuits against their dealership by partnering with their manufacturers. Speakers during the session include mediator and RV industry trainer Harold Oehler of Oehler Mediation and Training; Dave Thomas, General Counsel of Keystone; Tobi Conroy, THOR Consumer Affairs Liaison, and Jim Ganther of Mosaic Compliance Services.
