Go RVing Canada will be launching the 2021 Dealer tie-in program portal in conjunction with the launch of the new website on February 19th, and dealers can expect communications from Go RVing Canada on instructions on how to sign up for the program early next week.
The 2021 Dealer Tie-in Program will be providing dealers with all the great resources offered in the past plus exciting new marketing assets from the “Live Your Wildhood” National Ad Campaign, new video and imagery content added to the library, and the all-new brand boosting option to upgrade to “Premiere” status, which will allow dealers to enhance their listings with imagery, descriptions, and bump their listing to the top of the “find a dealer” engine search bar.

RVDA in the U.S. has joined with RVDA of Canada to endorse KYCS Locate, an inventory location and theft prevention solution. Locate is designed for inventory location and is ideal for trailers and motorhomes. Unlike many GPS-based inventory trackers, there are no monthly subscription fees. The device’s self-powered battery lasts up to five years and can be quickly transferred from one RV to another. There is no need for wiring, and the device can be installed in seconds using powerful built-in magnets or an adhesive.

The Level 1 online course takes the learner through modules on Propane Systems, Electrical Systems, Water Systems, Appliances, Generators, Chassis and Body. The purpose of the course is to teach a technician the knowledge and skills needed to prepare an RV for customer delivery by verifying the operation of all components.

The week of March 6–12 has been designated RV Fixed Operations Professional Certification Week by the Society of Certified RV Professionals and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. Fixed‐ops professionals can earn certifications as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers, and warranty administrators through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s parts and service management certification programs.
