•   Average cycle times at RV Dealerships in Canada improve again in June. 
°  June's repair event cycle times were reduced to a 32-day average - 7 days quicker than May's average and the quickest June average since 2020.  

•  The average cycle time for work orders impacted by the two main bottlenecks (out-of-stock parts and  warranty coverage) showed big improvements in June.   
°  The average cycle time for work orders with at least 1 out-of-stock part dropped to a 75-day average - 23 days faster than May's average, and the fastest June average of the last 6 years.  
°  Cycle time averages for work orders with warranty coverage fell to a 49-day average in June - 13 days faster than May's average and the fastest June average since 2021. 
  
RVDA has launched the 2024 Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey and U.S. and Canadian dealers will have until Sept. 11, 2024, to rate the manufacturers/brands whose products they sell. This is the 30th year RVDA has conducted the DSI survey and is one of the tools the association uses to improve dealer-manufacturer relations.
