Falsified documentation and identity (ID) theft have been identified as core challenges - especially where remote applicants are involved.

> Cycle time for work orders with warranty coverage was reduced to a 62-day average in May - 2 days quicker than April's average and the fastest May average since 2021.

RVDA has launched the 2024 Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey and U.S. and Canadian dealers will have until September 11th to rate the manufacturers/brands whose products they sell.
When rating their brands/manufacturers, RVDA asks dealers to express their level of satisfaction on four core issues: Reliability/quality; Parts Support; Warranty Support; and Sales Support.
This is the 30th year RVDA has conducted the DSI survey and is one of the tools the association uses to improve dealer-manufacturer relations.
