>>Details on New Mexico's Proposed Regulatory Licensing Requirement
The State of New Mexico is proposing new regulation for SPF contractor licensing that would require SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) certification for the Qualified Person (QP) and the Sprayer. SPFA will be sharing specifics about the proposal and answering questions during an SPFA Member Briefing on Aug. 17 (details will be sent separately to SPFA Members via email). This briefing for SPFA members will be in advance of a public information session that SPFA will be conducting. Here is the schedule of upcoming meetings related to this subject:
