SPFA met with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and various other federal agencies on September 12, 2102, to provide an overview of the forthcoming SPF Professional Certification Program, and request a courtesy review and comment upon materials. The meeting and materials were met with great enthusiasm among participants. SPFA met with the Building Product Issues Group of the NAHB Board during the NAHB Board meeting in Austin, TX on September 14, 2012.
