How to Break Down a Fusion AP Gun

Tips:
1) Always flush the gun FIRST.
2) Only break down the gun monthly for inspection of wear or as a last effort to resolve a flow problem. (The gun is engineered and designed to access the impingement ports without breaking it down.)
Steps to Access Ports:
FLUSH - CHECK SCREENS - UNSCREW FLUID FRONT END - PUSH MIX CHAMBER FORWARD & CLEAR PORTS - REINSTALL - SPRAY FOAM ...
The internal parts love where they're at. Each time parts are removed it causes unnecessary wear or damage of the rubber parts, opening new doors for leaky guns plus reducing the 6 months of life on your O-rings. Spend your money on vacation NOT replacing O-rings!
