>>Updates on New Mexico's Proposed Regulatory Licensing Requirement 

The State of New Mexico is proposing new regulation for SPF contractor licensing that would require SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) certification for the Qualified Person (QP) and the Sprayer. SPFA's Executive Director Kurt Riesenberg attended the Sept. 14 and Aug. 26 meetings in Albuquerque, N.M. The next steps will be decided at the Nov. 18 meeting.
