In May 2015, OSHA announced a new set of regulations for working in confined spaces on construction jobsites. These new regulations, which are based on the general industry regulations for confined spaces, will have an immediate impact for everyone working in areas such as attics and crawlspaces. After some delays, these new regulations are now being enforced. SPF contractors need to immediately know about the new confined space regulations and integrate these safety practices into their existing safety program.
With help from a safety consultant, SPFA is now offering a four-part webinar series on construction confined spaces as a special edition of our members-only Foam-It-Right® safety webinar series. In addition to these webinars, SPFA will be updating its model written safety program to include new content for construction confined spaces.
Part II: Hazard Identification May 4, 2016, 4-5 p.m. ET
