SPFA values your input. We’ve sent out two surveys recently. One to all Exhibitors and a second one to all SprayFoam 2022 Attendees. If you haven’t already responded, please take a few minutes to do so. The surveys should take about 6-7 minutes. This feedback is used to continually improve the SPFA convention and our services.
Tomorrow afternoon (Thursday, April 7), SPFA will be sending out another survey asking about the dates of future conventions. If any change is made, it wouldn’t occur until 2024 or 2025.
For many years, the SprayFoam Convention and Expo has been held in January or February. We’ve always tried to avoid the International Roofing Expo (IRE), World of Concrete (WOC) and the National Home Builders Show (NAHB). During a recent Board meeting, it was suggested that we consider holding SprayFoam in October or in March. This survey will ask SPFA Members, Exhibitors, Sponsors and SF22 Attendees for their feedback on possibly shifting the time of year/month when our event is held. Please watch for this survey and take the time to respond!

SprayFoam 2022 participation in the PCP reinvigorated the interest in becoming certified. Please visit the SprayFoam 2022 Recap pages to get the latest information on what transpired in San Antonio in the PCP. The Certification Activities page recognizes the great work that was done by industry partners in making the Field Exams happen. The great news is that you can still earn your certifications, even though the convention ended. With the exception of the Field Exams, everything else can be done remotely and we are here to help! If you need a Field Exam, we will work with you to arrange. Simply contact certdirector@sprayfoam.org for details.

SPFA is doing its part to bring awareness of open positions in the industry to our members, partners, and untapped talent pools. For every one of these positions going unfilled it’s an opportunity missed, an extra staffing challenge drawing attention away from other important priorities, or a customer perhaps needing to wait longer than they should have to.
