Despite the current rate of inflation, SPFA did not increase convention registration fees for SprayFoam 2023 in Daytona Beach, FL. The fees have been the same for at least five years. This is consistent with our goal of providing a forum for spray foam professionals to come together at affordable costs.
To assist exhibitors, we’ve signed a two year extension with Fern Expo Services, the General Contractor, to lock in the 2021 prices for our next two conventions.
We will continue to work and look for ways to save!

Beginning next week, SPFA will showcase the great work being done by PCP Certified Individuals. We want to show the world, via social media, the benefits of hiring PCP certified professionals! All PCP Certified Individuals will receive an email with the details.

As inflation persists in the U.S., many expect the economy to get worse before it gets better. A recent CNBC CFO Council survey shows 40% of CFOs from various companies said inflation is the main external risk to their companies, and 68% believe a recession will occur within the first six months of 2023.

We’ve added more hotel rooms for those arriving early. We still have rooms for the peak convention nights too, but they are filling quickly! Make your reservations SOON to be certain to get into the convention hotel.
If you have several people coming from your company or from your family, one way to save money might be a two-bedroom suite. The living room/kitchenette with full fridge and microwave are shared space, including a pullout sofa. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and both bedrooms connect through the living room. These suites are just $369/night and less expensive than two individual hotel rooms.

Completing a submission will be easier than ever with the improvements made!
Here is what you will find:
Save and Return Feature – Those doing submissions will now be able to save their work and return at a later time to complete the submission process.
Expanded timeframe for eligible projects – Projects completed between December 1, 2020 and November 30, 2022, can be submitted! Please note that projects previously submitted CANNOT be re-submitted. With the timeline change, there is no need to wait until your current project is done – now you may use one completed in the past and start pulling together the information and photographs needed for submission.
