SPFA News and Announcements
In May 2015, OSHA announced a new set of regulations for working in confined spaces on construction jobsites. These new regulations, which are based on the general industry regulations for confined spaces, will have an immediate impact for everyone working in areas such as attics and crawlspaces. After some delays, these new regulations are now being enforced. With help from a safety consultant, SPFA is now offering a four-part webinar series on construction confined spaces as a special edition of our members-only Foam-It-Right® safety webinar series.

SPF Tech
Source: sprayfoamadvisor.com / Robert Naini On a hot summer day, what happens when a breeze blows open your porch door? On a relaxing day at the gym, what happens when you open the door to the sauna? When you bake cookies for dessert, what happens when you open the oven door? In all of these situations, there is a natural flow and movement, as all of the components – liquid, air, moisture and heat, try to reach equilibrium by moving from high to low. Air moves from high pressure to low pressure, moisture or water vapor moves from high concentration to low concentration and heat moves from high temperature to low temperature.
