Nonresidential construction material prices rose 0.9% from March to April and increased 24% compared with one year ago. Softwood lumber prices are down 5.5% year-over-year and 17.7% from March to April.

The SPFA Equipment Committee has recently published a new TechDoc, SPFA-155 - Low Pressure Spray Polyurethane Equipment Guidelines. This new document, similar to SPFA-137 for high pressure equipment and SPFA-144 for coating equipment, provides an overview of equipment needed for safe application of low-pressure SPF materials. This document can be downloaded as a PDF free of charge for SPFA members or purchased from the SPFA Online Store.
