We have several options for 2024, but need to re-evaluate closely before locking things in. The items we must take into consideration before securing a site are the following: 1. Avoid other events in which our members, contractors and exhibitors participate including, -World of Concrete -International Builders Show -International Roofing Expo -NICE (we overlapped in 2023) -IIBEC Not only do we avoid the dates of the events above, but need to allow time for exhibitors to get their booths/freight to and from these shows and our event. 2. Venues with adjacent parking lot or outdoor options for Field Exams. 3. Exhibit space that accommodates our growing trade show and enough meeting space for 45 breakout sessions, awards lunch and networking functions. 4. Nearby hotel with competitive guest room rates. As our numbers grow and shift, we strive to find destinations that match our needs. Stay tuned to learn more about SprayFoam 2024!
