C.2.20 Blast Cleaning Non-Ferrous Metal Substrates: This committee will develop standards for cleanliness of blast-cleaned non-ferrous metal surfaces such as aluminum, copper, and brass.

Qualifications for Technical Committee Chairs
If you are interested in volunteering to chair an SSPC technical committee, please send a brief summary of your experience with consensus standards development (within SSPC or other standards developers such as AWS or ASTM) and technical qualifications related to the committee you wish to chair to Aimée Beggs, beggs@sspc.org. Committee chairs are responsible for preparing meeting materials and running committee meetings; preparing and reviewing meeting notes; and working with committee members and staff to address ballot comments and prepare revised drafts. Chairs are appointed by the SSPC President with the approval of the Board of Governors for renewable three-year terms, should be familiar with the operations of SSPC consensus committees, and must be SSPC members in good standing for the duration of their appointment.
