Earning HR certification is an excellent way to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in the HR field and within your organization.

To become certified, you must meet the educational and experience requirements before taking the exam. Recertification is required in order to maintain certification, which helps to foster continual learning in regards to current with the latest laws and trends.
