Most major cities have what is known as a "Book of List" and it is published by the city’s Business Journal. This is great resource to find out information that is normally not found anywhere else. Check your local, university or college library for the latest edition. Once you’re in the business world, take out a subscription ... it is well worth the investment.

What can I do to increase my network and find meaningful employment?
This is the time of year when many companies, organizations or associations are hosting professional mixers. This is a great way to expand your network, meet new people and find that hidden career opportunity. Don’t forget your business cards and to go dressed professionally.
