AHRMA congratulates Karl B. Zimmerman Memorial Scholarship award winners, Dulce Aguilar and Amber Kaskie!
The Karl B. Zimmerman Memorial
Scholarships, presented by AHRMA, are named after Karl B. Zimmerman who was an
outstanding Austin leader in the human resource and business community.
In 1977, Karl served as president for
the Austin Personnel Association, which later became the Austin 
Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA). Since that time, AHRMA has provided thousands
of dollars in scholarship funds to those students who have demonstrated academic excellence and interest in selecting a career in the human resource arena.
The Karl B. Zimmerman Memorial
Scholarship is for both graduate and undergraduate students. This year’s award
includes $2,000 for full-time students and $1,000 for part-time students.
