Lourdes Bonilla-Jones, SHRM Foundation Director for the El Paso Society for Human Resource Management was recognized as a National volunteer. In her role she creates innovative events to raise funds for the Foundation. Lou believes in giving back, "to help those that cannot help themselves and give them greater opportunities in life." Lou is particularly driven by a desire to "make a difference in someone’s life and to encourage students to be a part of a gratifying profession."
