DallasHR is excited to kick off a new year under the leadership of our President, Dr. Sandra Reid and our HRSouthwest Conference Director, Sandi Denton. Our leadership has chosen some inspiring and motivating themes for the year.

DallasHR's theme will be "Nourishing Talent" in recognition of the role that HR professionals play in recruiting and retaining our human capital and inspiring their best performance for our clients and customers.

The theme for our conference this year will be "HR Training Camp." Again, this is a nod to the important role development plays not only for our employees, but also for our profession.
