CHAPTER CHATTER
DallasHR will be celebrating its 75th anniversary as an organization with special appearances by past presidents and an opportunity to walk down memory lane with a visual story board of local HR throughout the decades.

Our speaker, the very funny Glenna Hecht, is going to pay homage to the changes in "Personnel" over the last 75 years in her presentation "From Talkies to Selfies: The Revolutionary Changes in the Generations."

We held our second annual Catamaran Dinner Cruise on Lake Lewisville on May 1 to support the SHRM Foundation. Our guests enjoyed a beautiful sunset cruise with dinner, drinks and dancing, and DallasHR raised $3,600 to support the SHRM Foundation.

To complement the DHR Executive Breakfast Series (EBS), we have created an Executive Video Series (EVS) to share with our membership and to continue to drive our vision by providing even more value to HR professionals and the community we serve.

Adrianne Court, CHRO, Transplace, joined Sandra Reid in our first video about how talent development can fuel company growth and goals.
