A simple lesson learned from the annual TAGITM conference is DO NOT MISS THE LAST SESSION. "Wow, I thought this was only in the movies," is about the best way I can describe my response to the content shared from Devalle and Chris from TEEX. The information shared about "Hacking the Human Mind" was material that everyone needed to hear. I have never been so concerned with watching body language of someone checking their pulse to match mine to build confidence I am in sync with them which leads to trusting them and potentially making myself vulnerable to social engineering. Again, you should have been there!
TEEX, which stands for Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, offers a variety of cybersecurity training programs for individuals and organizations. Here are some reasons why an organization might choose to use TEEX cybersecurity training:
Overall, TEEX cybersecurity training can help organizations improve their cybersecurity posture and protect themselves against the growing threat of cyber-attacks. With training for senior staff and elected officials “in the trenches” of protecting the organization, and paid for Cybersecurity Service solution options, you can find your “All Systems Go” with this valuable resource. Never underestimate the last day session, as this was a homerun for cybersecurity awareness.
