President's Message
We are holding our North Texas Regional Summit December 8 in Lewisville. We will discuss coordination between emergency management and IT professionals in the event of a cybersecurity incident. TDEM will discuss what state resources are available and how to engage them. You’ll also hear about the creation of a regional incident response plan. An industry expert will present what to do in the event of a supply chain attack. You’ll hear about MFA implementations and what might fit your agency. Finally, we’ll have a roundtable discussion amongst your peers. Save the date for a repeat discussion in The Woodlands, February 9, 2022, if you can’t make the North Texas Summit. Hopefully Santa brings you additional staff and funding in the new year. Happy Holidays. William Pham, CGCIO TAGITM President In the News
