Project managers, managers, supervisors, directors, AVPs, VPs and executive leadership in Facilities Management.  Anyone in any facet of facilities is encouraged to attend as TCO can be applied to any area and level within facilities management.

TCO can seem complex at first. This one-day session explains how you can start your journey of implementing TCO today with no new resources or employees. Learn how to get started wherever you are, how you can implement today, how you can enhance what you are doing, and how to do even better with your available resources.
