Facility Manager Spotlight: JC Colmenero

This month’s TAPPA Facility Manager spotlight shines on J.C. Colmenero. He serves as the Director of Physical Plant & Facility Operations for Coastal Bend College. He brings a diverse range of facility services experiences in the private sector, K-12, and higher education. J.C. has been a TAPPA supporter for several years, working with the marketing committee. He was recently appointed to the TAPPA Board of Directors. According to J.C., “TAPPA offers remarkable chances to learn from fellow facility managers and exchange experiences, challenges, and insights with colleagues.
