Business Partner Spotlight: Marty Garza

Marty Garza is the Vice President, Higher Education for Joeris General Contractors and leads their higher education market group across the State of Texas.  He has over 40 years of experience in the Texas construction market and has focused on colleges and universities for 28 of those years, including serving as the Assistant Director of Construction for the Texas A&M University System, Facilities Planning & Construction office.  Marty attended his first TAPPA conference in 2019 and has attended every conference since.  As a TAPPA Business Partner, he not only values the wealth of information shared at each TAPPA conference, but more importantly values the lasting relationships that are developed and enhanced each year.
