TAPPA wanted to recognize one of our long-standing members and current Board Member, James Norcom. James is currently the Facility Manager for the University of Houston. He has served The University of Houston facilities / construction management for 19 years. He is an experienced multi-site management professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, construction, and organizational change management. For the last six years he has provided leadership of a construction project management group in a complex environment, including organizational alignment and operations reorganization of the planning, construction, and operations teams. When time allows, he enjoys playing golf.
