Marcus Bliss serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Projectmates, the award-winning enterprise construction program management software company. With over a decade of experience, he has played a pivotal role in helping numerous institutions of higher learning streamline their construction programs. Notably, he oversaw the successful implementation of Projectmates at TAPPA member Tarrant County College District. Marcus has been actively engaged with TAPPA since 2016, participating as both an exhibitor and a speaker. Committed to enhancing his industry knowledge, he recently obtained certification as a construction manager in training.
