Attached for your information is a copy of the above-mentioned change memorandum and Special Specification that have been posted to the web. This Special Specification has been approved for statewide use and is required for Maintenance Materials Contracts (MMCs) using Lime (Materials Only) beginning with the June 2024 letting. However, use of this Special Specification prior to the June 2024 letting is at the district’s option.
This Special Specification has no change to the current language, elevating current one-time-use to statewide use.
