Stephanie will be sending out letters next week that contains the format as to how your companies listing in the 2011 Directory will appear, if items are missing, incorrect, or not needed, please notate this on the form and send it in either by fax (512) 312-5043 or email sbuckberry@txhotmix.org. In order to meet our publisher's deadline, we will need these forms back no later than December 1st.
