Learn about the significant role of aggregates in asphalt pavement, what TxDOT's BRSQC is and how to use it, what tests it runs and why they matter, and what you should know about SAC A aggregates. The conversation wraps up with sustainability and a look into the future of aggregates. Winter weather can expose outdoor workers to frostbite, hypothermia, and cold stress, all of which can be fatal. It is important to know the wind chill temperature to better prepare and perform the work safely. Follow these work practices to stay safe in cold weather:
2023 Inspector Asphalt Education Schedule Each class will be held throughout six sessions, meeting from 8-10:30 AM CST twice weekly for three weeks.
