Healthcare Facilities Managers consider the Annual Conference to be one of the best and most affordable opportunities for learning and sharing in Texas. Because the conference focuses on the unique opportunities and problems that we face, this event has earned a loyal following of participants. The Annual Conference delivers the best value in professional development for facility managers in Texas. In addition to its content, the conference provides ongoing opportunities to discuss emerging issues and best practices with colleagues, vendors, and consultants across a broad continuum of health care issues.
The 2021 Annual Conference will feature the perfect balance of thought-provoking general sessions and concurrent workshop sessions that focused on specific issues. Our multi-track program was created for facility managers, project managers, engineering/maintenance personnel, administrators, safety officers, risk managers, architects, engineers, or other interested parties.

How has TAHFM/ASHE contributed to your career? TAHFM/ASHE has connected me to wonderful facilities engineers, plant operations directors, and other people who go above and beyond to keep their facilities functioning at high capacity.
Background into the field of healthcare facilities Both TAHFM and ASHE have been tremendous in helping me further my understanding of healthcare leadership. There are so many good people working in these groups that want to benefit the field of healthcare facility leaders, and I am grateful. I always enjoy going to the annual conference and meeting other facility leaders.

The Membership Committee's mission is to recognize and get to know our current members better. The depth of knowledge within this group is something that we should all be proud of. As a committee, we feel that we can all learn something from each other, but that this can only be done if we share a little bit about ourselves. In an effort to get to know each other better, we have created the "Member Spotlight" where a TAHFM member will be spotlighted through our monthly TAHFM Pulse Newsletter. This is our chance to highlight you and your success to others in this industry. We are proud of our members and would be honored if you would participate. If you are interested in participating in the TAHFM Member Spotlight, please fill out this interest form.
