Member Spotlight
The TAHFM Annual Strategic Planning Retreat gathered the Officers and Directors, the regional representatives and CMP Management team members to discuss the expectations and strategies for the upcoming year. Under the leadership of Mike Hatton, discussions included an update ASHE Region 7 activities and opportunities, a presentation on Joint Commission Compliance updates, issues and strategies for success, and the TAHFM Energy Roundup Program future. A new process for networking events were presented and implemented. Requirements for obtaining the Platinum Elite chapter award were discussed and strategies were brainstormed. The TAHFM Board of Directors established goals for the upcoming year to include a renewed focus on redefining the scholarship program, increasing involvement in the TAHFM Energy Roundup, and improving our communications strategies.
