How has TAHFM/ASHE contributed to your career?
TAHFM has helped expand my network of incredible healthcare engineers and facility managers who have been vital in helping me understand the healthcare facility management world. Understanding what facility teams go through helps me better understand where I can bring them value.

What is your background in the healthcare facilities field?
I started with TAHFM five years ago, which was my first introduction into the healthcare facility world. I love getting to know all of the people who keep the healthcare facilities running that my own family uses, and it makes me appreciate these facilities so much more knowing how much work it is.

Tell us a Personal Tidbit.
I am a dog lover and a dog foster mom. I have three rescue dogs that are an integral part of my family. I love animals and do what I can to help them.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Hands down, getting to know people is my favorite part of my job. People are genuinely my passion and I love that my job allows me to help them prevent or resolve issues within their air handlers.

What are your plans for future growth?
I hope to continue my involvement in TAHFM and continue to learn more about healthcare facility operations and expand my network of healthcare professionals.
