PRESIDENT/CEO: PES Energize, Pulaski, TN, is seeking candidates for the position of chief executive officer (CEO). The current CEO has announced his impending retirement. The five-member utility board seeks a dynamic leader for this opportunity to direct an organization that serves over 14,000 consumers. The utility provides both electric and broadband service. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of upper-level management experience. Candidates should be knowledgeable in utility finances, operations, engineering, customer service, marketing and broadband communications systems. Knowledge of contracts and utility regulation is a necessity. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively with the utility board, local policymakers, employees and consumers.
