Chapter Highlights – NCONL

Over the past year, NCONL (North Central Organization for Nurse Leaders) has accomplished a lot. Our membership increased by 70 new members. We added two appointed positions on the Board to increase diversity by including non-acute care nurse leaders. We created committees to increase engagement for members who wanted to serve on committees. Our Education Committee was very successful in adding CNE offerings to our educational sessions. With Zoom, we were able to significantly increase attendance at our monthly meetings. NCONL also partnered with NTONL to provide joint meetings, and we extended our educational sessions for free to all TONL members. NCONL was also a proud Patron Sponsor for the DFW Great 100 Nurses.
