Estes Express Lines is making a multi-million-dollar investment in its most valuable asset—its employees—through the implementation of The Estes Care Package.The program consists of four different employee-focused programs that are being implemented 2018. The program includes employee bonuses, expansion of Estes’ existing scholarship fund, an employee assistance fund, and enabling employees to make direct donations to charitable organizations.
