Did You Know that BOC-3 updates need to be filed with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)? TIA has heard from a few Members of TIA of their authority being shutdown for an authority issue with a paperwork mistake or BOC-3 issue. Obviously having your authority shutdown can be detrimental to your business operations and bottom line. If you receive a notification from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) please take immediate action. If you need assistance with the FMCSA, please don’t hesitate to reach out to TIA at advocacy@tianet.org.
