Did You Know that TIA now has a Small Broker Coaching (SBC) Program, explicitly designed for 3PLs with annual revenues of $0.99M - $50M? The SBC program features professional coaching sessions from #TheFreightCoach Chris Jolly and Ben Kowalski & Nate Cross of Freight 360. Spread across eight (8) areas of focus, participants will work independently and in small group settings with each of our coaches, three of the freight brokerage industry's leaders in professional coaching services.
