It is with the deepest sadness that we mourn the passing of a true Texas Fire Service leader. Chief Shawn Snider and his leadership throughout the State of Texas will be missed. His commitment to the Texas Fire Chiefs Association and to the advancement of professionalism is unparalleled.  Each of us have been touched by Chief Snider in some way and his positive influence will linger for many decades to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and the Edinburg Fire Department. Thank You Chief Snider for making us all better. We have the watch.
