COVID-RELATED DISASTER RELIEF CE EXTENSION EXPIRES 7/31/21
Please Take the Necessary Steps to Fulfill Your 2020 or 2021 CE Requirement by July 31, 2021

At the outset of the pandemic in March 2020, the TSBPE took aggressive measures to temporarily suspend the yearly Continuing Education course required by Texas State law. As part of that program, many licensed plumbers were granted a Disaster Relief CE extension. Now, with the pandemic's end in sight, the TSBPE has designated July 31, 2021 as the cutoff for fulfilling the 2020 or 2021 CE requirement.

Please follow the instructions below to determine which CE you need to take and then make the necessary arrangements to complete the course.

This process must be complete by July 31, 2021 or your license will be delinquent.

How to Determine Which CE You Need to Take:

1. Visit TSBPE’s Public License Search page and search by either your name or license number.

2. Click on your name to go to the "License/Registration Details" page.

3. Look for the "CE History" section at the bottom of the page.

4. The CE Credit labeled "DISASTER RELIEF" is the course you need to make up before July 31, 2021. It will be either a 2020 or 2021 credit.
