PHCC Educational Foundation Welcomes New Staff

The PHCC Educational Foundation is pleased to announce that Jessica Bridges, CAE, IOM has enthusiastically agreed to become the new PHCC Educational Foundation COO effective September 14, 2022. 
 
Jessica comes to us as a Consultant with The Lilo Group. Prior to that she previously held the positions of CEO of the Triangle Coalition for STEM Education, Executive Director and CEO of the US CHP Association, and Executive Director of the Rural Wireless Association. Jessica earned her BA degree in Political Science and obtained her Master's in Public Administration in addition to her IOM (Institute for Organizational Management) and CAE (Certified Association Executive) certifications.   
 
She will shadow Cindy Sheridan until no later than May 24, 2023 at which time, if not before, she will be seated as the new COO and in command. Once Jessica is seated, Cindy will then act in an advisory role for the duration of the time as the Foundation prepares for its new strategic plan, 2023 budget, and May Board meeting. 
 
Additionally, Angela Collins has accepted the new role of Chief Learning Officer (CLO) within the PHCC Educational Foundation. Angela will continue to bring her passion for education and workforce development to this new role and will report to Jessica. 
 
The Education Foundation is excited about the team and our opportunity ahead, as well as celebrating Cindy’s remarkable accomplishments as she winds down her time on staff.
