The 2017 graduating class of PHCC Texas Plumbing Program took the stage on Thursday, June 15, 2017 in Irving, TX. Amid family and friends, these students received their diploma, prizes and accolades for their completion of a 4-year Department of Labor approved program. Thanks to the staff at CEF, this program provides state of the art training to our members' apprentices. The next Plumbing I-A Class begins In August.
